Can you provide a manufacture certificate of conformance for these components?

YES, all shipments will arrive on your dock with the minimum of an Aztec C of C “certificate of conformance”. If you require additional traceability please inform your sales representative when submitting a part request and our purchasing department will search for stock to meet your needs.

Do you accept credit cards ?

YES, we accept all major credit cards.

What payment methods do you offer?

Aztec offers most OEM’s and CM’s payment terms of Net 30 – Net 90 depending on the customer’s request.

Does Aztec offer a warranty?

All parts carry a 100% Aztec 30-day warranty for form, fit and function. If your parts have an additional Mfg warranty it will be noted on the quote.

Can I split my order into multiple shipments? Are there any additional charges for scheduled deliveries?

Just let us know what you need and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Some large orders can be scheduled for delivery up to 12 months at no additional cost.

What is your minimum order?

For items in stock the minimum P.O. is $100.  The minimum for a non-stocked item is $250.

How do I get my tracking number?

As soon as the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation email of your order that includes tracking information. We’re always available if you have any questions.

I work with more than just electronic components. Can you help me locate hard to find parts?

Absolutely, we source parts for MRO on a daily basis. As long as it’s not a custom-made part we will search the world over to find what you need.

Is Aztec ISO9001 and AS9100 certified?

Yes, Aztec is both ISO9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 certified. We are also AS5553 compliant.

We are very worried about counterfeit parts. How can we be sure we are getting genuine parts?

Aztec has been in business since 1996 and has an extensive network of qualified partners. Your parts can undergo die verification, resistance to solvents testing, x-ray and electrical testing prior to shipment.

Can I review your quality manual?

Yes, please ask your sales representative for a copy and he/she will be be happy to email a copy.

Do you ship internationally?

Aztec is truly a global company with clients located in Mexico, Central America, South America, Asia and Europe. We understand the complex paperwork required to clear customs. You’re in good hands!

What location will my order ship from?

Our quality control and warehouse is located in Vista, California. All parts must be reviewed and inspected before shipping to our customers. We can’t guarantee it if we can’t inspect it first!

What if I need a counter to counter delivery?

We understand that sometimes overnight just isn’t fast enough. If you need a same-day delivery we can set that up for you in a hurry!

Can you ship on our UPS, FedEx or DHL account?

Yes, we can ship using all of the major carriers including trucking companies.

Excess Inventory FAQ

Will Aztec buy our excess material? What are our options to recover the most money possible?

Your excess will be reviewed against our past requests from customers. If we can find a home for your parts Aztec will make a cash offer. Many of our customers also choose to list their inventory on consignment. Your parts are stored in our ESD-safe warehouse and marketed to hundreds of OEM and brokers worldwide.
